Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a positive and professional Onboarding Support Specialist to join our team within the Smoketree Tower building in Raleigh, NC. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours a week with the potential for overtime. This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, driven individual interested in furthering their career in payroll administration.
The Onboarding Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the payroll department. You will support payroll administrators, managers, and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and effective communication. You will communicate efficiently and effectively via phone and email. This position requires complete professionalism with a focus on customer support, confidentiality, and prompt response for all support issues. The Onboarding Support Specialist must have a strong understanding of compensation and maintaining accurate records.
