As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a vital role in identifying and engaging targeted business-to-business (B2B) prospects, helping us connect with clients who need what we offer.
What You’ll Do
In this entry-level, full-time role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, leveraging your assertive salesmanship and persuasive personality to create meaningful partnerships. Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Qualifying Leads: Turn marketing campaign results into sales opportunities.
  • Cold Outreach: Engage prospects through calls and emails with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Presenting Solutions: Introduce potential clients to our products and services, tailoring solutions to their needs.
  • Driving Results: Set up meetings with prospective clients and our Enterprise Sales team.
  • Tracking Success: Stay organized using CRM tools like Zoho CRM (experience is a plus!).
  • Staying Ahead: Keep up-to-date with our latest offerings and market trends. 
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate isn’t afraid to hustle. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a high-energy, enthusiastic approach to every interaction. You’ll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1 year of inside sales experience.
  • Comfort with cold calling and a passion for turning conversations into opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the drive to be a top performer.
  • The ability to work in-office 4 days a week and 1 day work from home.

Independently and with other members of our sales and marketing team, I work diligently to identify organizations that would benefit from a partnership with Headway. Once on-board I help ensure a lasting and mutually beneficial partnership.

Teamwork. No matter how challenging the project, our team is unified with a common objective.

What do you like to do for fun outside of work?

Golf, hiking, and traveling. Those who know me would also probably call me a bit of a “foodie”. In our travels my wife and I make a point of seeking out the best local cuisine.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?

Definitely teleportation, assuming of course I could teleport others with me. You could accomplish and see so much more.
