On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking outgoing and motivated Intercept Field Interviewers to conduct face-to-face interviews with respondents at designated locations for a long-term, ongoing assignment. Interviewers must be persuasive, energetic, friendly, and self-motivated, but also organized and detail-oriented. The pay rate for this position is $25.00 per hour.
Responsibilities of an Intercept Field Interviewer:
- Flexible availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, approximately 5 hours per month, with the ability for more hours for those able to travel to surrounding Keys
- Travel to designated locations throughout the Lower Keys (including Big Pine Key, Marathon, Islamorada, Key West, Key Largo)
- Conduct surveys using a project provided tablet
- Be responsible for tablet and all other study materials
- Keep respondent information and survey details confidential
- Complete all other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Consent to a pre-employment background check
- Previous field data collection or interviewing experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Must enjoy interacting with all sorts of people
- Be responsible for tablet and all other study materials
- Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Ability to travel for assignments
- Follow all health and safety protocols
- Must treat all respondents with sincere professionalism

- Occasionally reach and lift lightweight objects and small electronics up to 5 – 10 lbs
- Stand on your feet and walk around the majority of your shift

- Possess effective communication skills through speech and listening and fluency in English through reading, writing, and speaking
